Experience/Background
Dr. Lobb has taught at Lynchburg College since 1985. He is a professor of computer science and mathematics and has served in past years as chairperson of the Computer Science Department and as chair of the campus Academic Computing Steering Committee.
Dr. Lobb is also the Dean of the School of Sciences, a responsibility he accepted in the Fall of 2007. As Dean of the SOS, Dr. Lobb oversees the biology, biomedical science, chemistry, computer science, environmental science, environmental studies, math, physics and psychology departments.
