CNSC One-Day Camps

Our popular One-Day Camps are for children in grades 1-6.

January 20: Animals in Winter

What happens to animals when it becomes cold outside? How do they prepare for winter and how do they stay warm? Where do they go and what do they eat? Come learn all about how animals survive in the winter time!
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

March 10: Animal Communication

Hoot, howl, and chirp as we learn the sounds of nature. We will investigate some of the many ways that animals communicate including body language, dancing, and scent marking, then we will try to communicate like the animals do!
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

April 14: Spring Discovery

We will head out on the trail to search for plants that are growing anew and greet our furry and feathered friends who are rousing from long winter slumbers or returning from winter getaways.
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

April 17: Feathered Friends

Whether we are glancing out a window, walking down the street, playing in the yard, or looking up at the sky, birds are everywhere we look! In this camp we will learn to identify a few birds and explore what makes birds so spectacular and unique.
9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
