His congregation boasts a membership of 7,500 under the leadership of Bishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr. His future career aspirations include teaching and helping individuals to enhance their leadership skills.

Ira credits LC as having taught him how to develop leadership skills. He remembers one-on-one time with great instructors as helping him to grow.
