For accommodations we recommend the following hotels. We have placed room blocks with these hotels; you need to mention the corresponding room block when you call.

• The Craddock Terry Hotel and Event Center (downtown Lynchburg) – 434.455.1500; $189.00-$219.00 per night (rooms will be released to the public on September 17, 2013, so be sure to call early!) Mention “Lynchburg College Homecoming Weekend” when making your reservation. In 2012, our room block at the Craddock Terry Hotel was completely sold out as early as March! If the hotel notifies you that the group block is sold-out, please contact the LC Office of Alumni Relations at 434.544.8293 or 800.621.1669 so that we can spread the word.
• The Courtyard Marriott (off Candler’s Mountain Road) – 434.846.7900; $99.00-$109.00 per night (rooms will be released to the public on October 4, 2013, so be sure to call early!) Mention “Lynchburg College Homecoming” or group code “LCHO” when making your reservation. If the hotel notifies you that the group block is sold-out, please contact the LC Office of Alumni Relations at 434.544.8293 or 800.621.1669 so that we can spread the word and/or request additional rooms at the discounted rate.
• The Holiday Inn (downtown Lynchburg) – 434.528.2500; $89.00-$109.00 per night (rooms will be released to the public on September 17, 2013, so be sure to call early!) Mention group code “YNC” or “Lynchburg College Homecoming” when making your reservation. If the hotel notifies you that the group block is sold-out, please contact the LC Office of Alumni Relations at 434.544.8293 or 800.621.1669 so that we can request additional rooms with the discounted rate.
• The Hilton Garden Inn (for the Class of 1973) (off of Wards Road) – 434.239.3006; $114.00 per night (rooms will be released to the public on September 27, 2013, so be sure to call early!) Mention “Lynchburg College Class of 1973” or group ID “LCO” when making your reservation. If the hotel notifies you that the group block is sold-out, please contact the LC Office of Alumni Relations at 434.544.8293 or 800.621.1669 so that we can request additional rooms with the discounted rate.
