Typical Course Sequence

What you see below represents a typical schedule of physics and mathematics courses that you would take in pursuit of the physics major.

The physics courses listed for the junior and senior years are offered each year, meaning the last 2 years of physics courses can be interchanged. The introductory chemistry course (CHEM 103-104, CHEM 105L-106L) can be taken at any time that is most convenient.

For those of you interested in the dual-degree engineering option, your first 2 years will look like what you see below, and you will take some of the courses you see listed below for the last 2 years in your junior year. Speak with your advisor about what to take!
