Full-time students take a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester, though it’s recommended you aim for 15-18 credit hours per semester to ensure you graduate on time.
Freshmen: you’ll be pre-scheduled before you come to Student Orientation and Registration. You may change this initial schedule after consulting with your advisor.
Transfer students: you may consult in person or by phone or email with your transfer advisor to create a schedule before attending orientation.
You’ll register for the entire academic year every spring after spring break. You may change your schedule or register for summer school using drop-add forms available through academic and career services, the registrar’s office, school offices, or online (www.lynchburg.edu/registrar ). A list of available courses is also available on line.
