Classes are held in the late afternoon and evening, and during the summer terms.

What Our Students Are Saying:

quote graphicThe M. A. in History Program has transformed the way that I teach history.  Now, instead of just teaching simple facts and concepts, I challenge my students to use critical thinking when looking at the past and engage them engaging in higher academic discussions that address larger issues such as the economical, political, and social influences that shaped history.quote graphic

quote graphicSmall class size and the versatility of Atlantic Studies initially drew me to the M.A. in history program. The engaged, accessible faculty provide a rigorous, multifaceted program of study as well as opportunities to present papers at conferences and to network, both of which are essential for acceptance into Ph.D. programs.quote graphic
