Assistant/Associate Professor Environmental Science

 

The School of Sciences of Lynchburg College invites applicants for an Assistant/Associate Professor, tenure track position, to begin in the fall 2012.  Areas of specialty may include: sustainability, human dimensions of the environment, environmental law and policy, and environmental and natural resource management.  Duties include teaching a variety of undergraduate and graduate courses, supervising internships and research projects, continuing involvement in scholarly activities, and participation in departmental and college service, as well as coordinating campus sustainability initiatives. Selected candidate must successfully pass a background check that is satisfactory to the College.
